Time for a little creativity with the Tell Tale Heart group. Victorian attire was the theme, and Chatsworth House, the location. Yet for the first time, I felt a little strange shooting with superb sunlight and warm tones. Whenever I imagine this location with such clothing, mist and grey skies fit the bill far better than the gorgeous day we had presented to us.  Regardless, we embraced the ridiculously hot weather (the last for the summer) and got some corkers. Very pleased with the group. shall certainly keep an eye out for their next modelling adventure!

I had the honour of producing photos at this year’s Royal Mail Long Service Awards at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole Hotel. The night was a huge success all thanks to the organising skills of Kevin Millinchip and also to Janet Cass who kept the guests lining up for their photos! The photo shoots were so overwhelmingly popular, but my assistant Nic and I’s system kept them in check and printed photos for all guests to take away with them on the night. Success!

After been in touch with Bill from Saks for a while now, he asked me to photograph his stylist’s competition images for this year’s Saks Hairdressing Competition. Was a challenging venture, having to organise six separate shoots before the end of the month, but was all worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and can’t wait to work with his team again. What a talented bunch!!
